Returns & Exchanges

At Amari Bay, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel in its original condition. Items must have all tags attached and be free of any signs of wear to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
